Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer

Perform design and engineering work across mechanical disciplines with a focus on HVAC, industrial piping, plumbing, and utility systems. Coordinate with other engineering teams to produce construction drawings and details, while developing conceptual designs and cost estimates for early project stages. Create design drawings using Revit 3D software and conduct investigative energy assessments to identify savings measures. Utilize building modeling software like HAP or Trane Trace to determine heat gains/losses and assess energy conservation measures. Specify mechanical equipment and design plumbing systems, then summarize engineering results in written reports or presentations. Visit job sites for projects involving upfit of existing systems, including day trips and overnight domestic travel. Adhere to Ramboll's Project Execution Manual and Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
