As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will develop accurate estimates to drive project success, collaborating closely with teams and vendors while ensuring cost management and preconstruction planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, technical training, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in estimating, cost control, and/or engineering (with at least 5 years focused on mechanical HVAC estimating)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and modern estimating techniques
- Proficiency with industry software
- Demonstrated experience preparing scopes of work and contracts
- Solid understanding of local building codes and job specifications
