Job Summary
Conduct post-sales engineering reviews and provide technical leadership for won critical infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Interrogate document packages to ensure buildability and budget compliance, acting as the technical authority for engineering decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Manage site and as-built drawings, coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective solutions, and oversee technical submittals post Purchase Order. Liaise with sales, project managers, and customers to capture scope changes and drive continuous improvement by translating lessons learned into design and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years engineering experience
- Market knowledge of mission critical cooling infrastructure, including application, installation, commissioning, testing and communications connectivity
- Tender processes and the application of products to fit their requirements
- Good understanding and knowledge of HVAC industry and products
- Knowledge of the application of Australian and international standards framework and industry codes
- Market knowledge of Power products including application
- Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of thermal management products and concepts
- Excellent competency in reading technical drawings and design specifications
- Proficient in technical writing
- English writing and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications
- ACAD drawing skills would be an advantage
