Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mining Geologist roles in a leading coal mining project in Mbeya, Tanzania. Lead and manage teams of engineers and geologists; oversee design, maintenance, and optimization of mining equipment; conduct geological surveys and resource evaluation for efficient coal extraction; ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Geology and 5+ years of coal mining experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
