Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer responsible for identifying, vetting, and designing cost-reduction projects, bringing them into production across multiple product lines and vehicle systems (structures, hydraulics, powertrain, electrical, and cabs). Create models and prints using model-based definition methods and GD&T. Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate fit-up, testing, and start of production. Support factory-floor fit-ups and new part testing, and communicate project details across all levels of the organization while managing multiple tasks across product groups. Requires a BS in Mechanical/Aerospace/Agricultural Engineering (or related degree) and 8+ years of design or cost-reduction experience; strong communication, independent work ability, and GD&T proficiency (Cre o/Windchill preferred). Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position. Salary range: $85,000-$115,000.
