Job Summary
Develop mechanical designs for high-precision modules and systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing by translating system requirements into robust concepts and validated solutions. Perform complex analyses including FEM, thermal, and vibration studies to ensure optimal system performance while driving continuous improvement in design quality and development processes. Collaborate closely with mechatronics, electronics, optics, and manufacturing engineering teams to create cost, mass, and accuracy critical parts that remain manufacturable and compliant with industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the semiconductor, high-precision technology, robotics, or mechatronics industry
- Strong experience with 3D CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo
- Knowledge of simulation software
- Solid understanding of precision engineering principles and mechanical design methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- A structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach to engineering design and development
