Job Summary
Lead the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Manage all project phases from planning and design through construction administration while serving as the primary client contact. Oversee multidisciplinary coordination with electrical, architectural, and civil teams and conduct code analysis to ensure regulatory compliance. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and staff. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 6 to 12 years of design experience, and PE licensure preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 6 to 12 years of mechanical design experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional building facilities
- Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
