Job Summary
Oversee complex mechanical projects from early programming through construction administration, managing large utility generation and distribution systems. Lead the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (PID), performing high-complexity engineering designs including analysis, calculations, and equipment selection. Direct and supervise mechanical engineering staff to meet schedule and budget goals while coordinating with other disciplines to ensure constructability. Manage client relationships to establish project schedules, assist in RFP proposal responses, and identify new synergistic business opportunities. Requires ten years of experience, a PE license, and project management expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited school
- Professional Engineers (PE) license
- Must have Project Management experience
- Knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies
- Knowledge of project approach and system design
- Willingness to build and maintain relationships with clients
