Job Summary
Design of experiments to redesign systems causing chronic issues and develop sustainable solutions while maintaining and updating all machine center documentation. Source parts through schematics and manuals, create work orders via D365, and coordinate overhaul scheduling to eliminate downtime. Lead technicians on preventive maintenance procedures and perform BDA and RCA's for production floor issues. Collaborate with operations to define engineering acceptance standards, validate new processes, and drive Lean Manufacturing and GMP initiatives. Launch capital projects from design recommendations to complete ownership, optimizing MTBF and MTTR metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field
- High speed manufacturing
- dairy processing
- packaging
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high demand production facilities
- Ability to be able to perform those duties
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt accreditation a plus
