Job Summary
Manage and inspire less experienced engineers while delivering cutting-edge mechanical design solutions for UK-based projects from the Bucharest office. Support a wide variety of corporate entities by developing new and nurturing existing client relationships to maximize satisfaction and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with external local engineering partners to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects involving ventilation, cooling, and heating systems. Work remotely on a hybrid schedule, utilizing expertise in Revit to create sustainable and intuitive design environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level in Building Services Engineering
- Substantial experience working in a Mechanical Engineering role within a building services context
- Familiarity with high quality engineering solutions
- Client-focussed approach
- Ability to work from Bucharest on projects that are located in UK
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Work permit to work in Romania
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
- Ability to manage less experienced engineers
- Sound knowledge of Revit
- Proven experience for creative, sustainable and intuitive design
Desired Qualifications
- At least basic Romanian language level
