Job Summary
Lead a large international chemical project focusing on mechanical engineering solutions for key clients in the chemicals and biofuels industries. Responsibilities include project planning for multiple projects, developing and managing mechanical specification packages, overseeing procurement, and leading multi-discipline construction package development. Candidates must have extensive experience in mechanical design, project engineering, and familiarity with industry codes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of experience in the EPC industry or chemical/biofuels operating companies
- Proven track record of complex mechanical design from conceptual design through construction support
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Broad experience with chemical technologies and/or biofuels
- Heat transfer technology and equipment expertise
- Experience with large complex packaged equipment systems
- Working knowledge of other engineering disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Supervisory experience
