Job Summary
In this Senior Mechanical Engineer position, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial design to final review, ensuring effective communication of changes, and collaborating with other design disciplines. Key responsibilities include overseeing project budgets and schedules, assuring quality, reviewing compliance with engineering codes, and building effective client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in Buildings Mechanical Design, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of relevant engineering practices. Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with BIM/Revit is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical Design and commissioning of M&E systems in modern commercial and industrial buildings
Desired Qualifications
- Data Centre Experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit
- Advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis
