Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Engineer leading building services design packages on mid to large-scale projects in Brisbane. Act as discipline lead, taking ownership of key engineering outcomes from concept through delivery; advise clients on complex projects; work with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and practical design solutions; support project coordination, reporting, and delivery; build and maintain client relationships through consistent delivery and communication; role emphasizes hands-on delivery while developing leadership and client capability. Flexible working arrangements are welcomed and considered.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Chartered, registered, or actively working towards chartership
- Experience delivering building services mechanical design within a consulting, contractor or client-side environment
- Experience taking ownership of design delivery, coordination and client interaction
- Ability to mentor and train others
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
