Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Designer responsible for translating customer and legal requirements into technical specifications, planning mechanical design tasks and supporting the lead engineer in calculating development cost and timing, developing product concepts according to technical requirements and field experience, and evaluating different concepts (own, competitors, suppliers) to find the best cost option using DFA and 6sigma methods, while considering design rules and standards and promoting standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Engineering in the automotive industry
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, etc
- Good knowledge about CV brake products
- Fluent English
