Job Summary
Lead specific work packages and guide junior engineering team members while integrating visual and functional aspects of products for well-known consumer goods and safety-critical medical devices. Apply Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques to deliver product solutions across low volume rapid prototyping and high volume manufacturing processes like injection moulding. Collaborate with designers, electronics, and software engineers to create class-leading designs, often seeing projects through from initial exploration to launch.
Required Qualifications
- A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical engineering from a university with a strong engineering reputation, or an equivalent broad based technical qualification
- Experience working in a product design or development environment
- Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well high volume processes such as injection moulding
- Ability to work in our Warwick studios
- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Experience applying Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques to deliver product solutions

- Experience leading specific work packages
