Job Summary
Lead development of advanced robotic systems by providing technical leadership, overseeing prototype testing, and optimizing system construction for precision and cost efficiency. Develop conceptual designs for manipulators, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across electronics, mechanics, and software, and manage procurement of key components. Prepare technical documentation in line with industry standards, conduct R&D to identify new technologies, and engage in sales-related activities. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably in mechanical design or product development)
- 7 years of relevant work experience on development projects
- Advanced understanding, analysis, optimization and creation of incoming technical project requirements
- Advanced understanding, creation and approval of technical documentation
- Advanced understanding of product design and development, as well as the optimization of designs through specific technological processes
- Advanced knowledge of computer-aided design software programs (e.g. AutoCAD Inventor, CATIA, PTC, SolidWorks) and the MS Office suite (MS Project), as well as project management
- Advanced understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A structured, solution-oriented approach, comfortable collaborating across disciplines
