Job Summary
Senior-level technical leadership role focused on driving development and deployment of HSIO connectivity and liquid cooling solutions for AI and data-center infrastructure. You will serve as the primary technical interface with customers, ODMs, and OEMs, lead development of high-speed connector solutions (up to 448G and beyond), and partner on liquid cooling architectures for AI servers and rack-scale systems. Responsibilities include guiding product selection and integration strategies, creating engineering documentation and application guidelines, developing reference designs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused interconnect and thermal solutions. The role requires strong mechanical design and documentation skills, experience with high-speed interconnect technologies, customer-facing communication, and travel to support customer programs and deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in product development, application engineering, system architecture, or related technical roles
- Experience with high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, interconnect systems, or related technologies
- Strong mechanical design and engineering documentation skills
- Experience interacting directly with customers in highly technical environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
