Senior Mechanic

Execute mission and follow schedule job orders at field or workshop sites to solve customer complaints. Assemble machinery or truck components, conduct arrival and pre-delivery inspections, and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems. Troubleshoot issues, replace parts, and repair problems while maintaining work logs and maintenance records. Communicate with clients to understand concerns, explain solutions, and prepare service reports for customer signatures. Prepare daily reports including pictures, text, and verbal updates to supervisors. Share knowledge and experience with team members while participating in continuous training for soft and hard skills. Perform machinery assessments and alert customers on issues prohibiting inspection.
