Senior MDSA

Senior Midday Supervisory Assistant to lead the Midday Supervisory team in the dining hall, manage rotas and cover for absence, supervise pupils during lunch, assist with first aid and pupil wellbeing, liaise with teachers and senior leaders, report concerns, support safeguarding and behaviour policies, and help ensure lunchtime provision runs smoothly. Requires strong communication and organizational abilities, a calm, positive manner, and commitment to safeguarding; role involves supervising lunchtime activities, managing a team, and coordinating with school leadership. DBS check will be carried out; role is term-time, hours 11am–1:45pm, 13 hours 45 minutes per week, permanent contract with St John’s Catholic Primary School, Trowbridge.
