Job Summary
Senior MDM Developer responsible for translating member/provider identity data challenges into actionable resolutions, extracting/integrating/analyzing identity data from multiple sources to support analytics, validating AI-supported outputs to mitigate hallucinations, and developing data literacy through documentation and training. Collaborates with data engineering, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity issues, ensure compliance with agency standards, and improve data quality.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics
- 10+ years of experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM
- 8+ years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership
- 8+ years of strong experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling and manipulation
