Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Business OR equivalent experience (3-5 years) in Supply Chain leadership
- prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries and working with suppliers is preferred
- ability to organize large amounts of data in a meaningful and concise format – and can speak to the data and drive decisions and future plans
- demonstrated ability to mentor and foster growth of the team members around them
- ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with understanding of business priorities
- ability to build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
