Job Summary
Receive and store materials per cGMP guidance, ensuring timely receipt, stocking, picking, issuing, and shipping of supplies. Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and stage kits for manufacturing activities while maintaining accurate inventory records. Operate motorized equipment including forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and coordinate LN2 dewars and controlled rate freezers for cold chain storage. Ensure all areas remain inspection and audit ready, with materials and PPE available for GMP cleaners before shift end. Execute real-time transactions in the Oracle ERP system and communicate any inventory discrepancies immediately. Maintain compliance with DOT, Hazmat regulations, and all SOPs related to GMP warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a cGMP supply chain environment and/or with GCP regulations
- High School Degree
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of good documentation practices
- Strong understanding of storage and shipping of cold chain products in the Biotech/Lifesciences industry and the associated documentation requirements
- Knowledge of common ERP systems
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting moderately heavy boxes and standing for long periods of time
- Valid and active Driver's License with the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
