Job Summary
Senior Material Handler responsible for producing insulated parts and protective material to meet engineered drawings, delivering finished products to customers, recording deliveries via computer transactions, performing light maintenance on insulating equipment and hand tools, and maintaining a clean work area. Must read tape measures/blueprints, work with small hand tools and grinders, and comply with Powell Quality System and Safety Training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of grammar school education
- basic command of the English language
- read a tape measure and ruler
- read and understand engineered drawings (blueprints)
- work with small hand tools and grinders
- perform light maintenance on conveyor equipment
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- participate in Powell's ongoing Safety Training
