Job Summary
The Senior Master Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a strong background in the automotive industry with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, Ford Certification, and ASE Certification, with a Master Technician certification preferred. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Ford Certification
- ASE Certification
- Master Technician certification preferred
