Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues including transmission repairs. Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed while ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer specifications. Continually maintain technical knowledge through training and certifications, collaborate with the service team to keep work areas organized, and strictly follow safety protocols. Requires Ford state certification, minimum five years of automotive experience, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ford Certification
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
