Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project timelines for ACAT I/II programs in compliance with DoD acquisition regulations. Create custom schedules based on programmatic excursions and hypothetical scenarios, then provide schedule inputs for Acquisition Plans, ESIS, SSP, ASP, and ASB sessions. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products through full acquisition and contract award cycles while identifying schedule overlaps and resource constraints to resolve project bottlenecks. Collect and update deliverables and dependencies, distribute comprehensive program timelines and POAMs, and drive the execution of program plans and official approval processes using MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Milestones Professional, and OnePager Pro. Engage actively in program reviews, technical meetings, and alignment conferences. This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and on-site presence at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years' experience as a scheduler overseeing an ACAT I/II program
- Experience with MS Project, SharePoint and schedule reporting tools (i.e. Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro)
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required
- This position requires personnel to be on-site at Redstone Arsenal
Desired Qualifications
- DAWIA Level III certification (or equivalent) in Program Management
- Top Secret Clearance
