Job Summary
Senior MDM Manager (remote within the United States) leads Hajoca’s Master Data Management program, owning the end-to-end health of the master data ecosystem across product, vendor, customer, and location domains. Hands-on Informatica IDMC configuration, data quality rules, survivorship, and governance, with responsibility for data model design, integration patterns, and downstream distribution. Drives automation initiatives using UiPath and other RPAs, leads release planning, and manages a team of analysts to deliver data quality improvements, governance, and data standards. Partners with IT, governance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM configurations, dashboards, and scorecards, while overseeing the data lifecycle, integrity, and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, data operations, or a related data platform role
- 3+ years of management experience
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC
- Experience with automation tooling (UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent RPA platforms) including bot design and deployment
- Informatica certification (MDM, CAI, CDI, or IDMC Associate/Professional) preferred
- UiPath certification (Associate or Developer level) preferred
- Working knowledge of data modeling concepts (physical, logical, conceptual) and their application in enterprise MDM environments
- Familiarity with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Boomi or equivalent iPaaS) sufficient to collaborate with IT integration engineers
- Demonstrated ability to manage an operational backlog
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain environments; familiarity with product, vendor, or pricing data domains
- Exposure to ERP systems (Eclipse or similar) and their data integration patterns
- Experience with PIM platforms and product catalog enrichment workflows
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and operating models sufficient to operationalize policies and standards
- SQL proficiency for data validation, profiling, and reconciliation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical leadership
