Job Summary
2nd Swing is looking for experienced Senior Master Club Fitters to provide best-in-class fitting experiences for golfers. Candidates must have a strong golf background and at least 2-3 years of club fitting experience or 1,000 completed fittings. Required qualifications include current manufacturer-certified club fitting credentials, experience with TrackMan launch monitors, and a deep knowledge of golf equipment. Responsibilities include creating engaging fittings, utilizing fitting technology, documenting results, and contributing to a collaborative environment. This part-time role primarily focuses on weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of club fitting experience or a minimum of 1,000 completed fittings
- Current manufacturer-certified club fitting credentials with one or more major golf equipment brands required
- Hands-on experience using TrackMan launch monitor technology required
- Deep knowledge of golf equipment and fitting technology
- Energetic, engaging, patient, and professional approach
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Ping Academy, Titleist University, TrackMan University, or similar training preferred
- Active PGA Member or PGA Associate in good standing preferred
