Job Summary
Senior Martech Consultant: define the technical direction for large-scale personalization and customer experience transformations. Design future-state architectures across Martech platforms, translate strategic use cases into platform and vendor implications, and develop phased roadmaps and high-level delivery plans. Serve as architectural authority for senior business and IT stakeholders, guiding strategy, analysis, and execution with vendors and clients. Drive AI-enabled personalization within the Martech landscape, moving clients from experimentation to scalable AI adoption and enterprise-wide architectural decisions. Lead cross-functional collaboration with strategy consultants, business analysts, and project managers to bridge vision and execution and to articulate architectural impact to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years Martech/CX/digital architecture/technology consulting
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Customer 360
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Analytics
- Braze or equivalent engagement platform
- Vendor evaluation, roadmapping, and implementation planning
- Strong data, identity, orchestration, and integration concepts
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to senior stakeholders
- Consulting mindset with platform-agnostic approach
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Martech, CX, digital architecture, or technology consulting
- Experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Customer 360
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Analytics
- Braze or comparable engagement platforms
- Proven experience translating future-state vision into technical architecture, roadmaps, and implementation approaches
- Experience with vendor selection, road mapping, and implementation planning
- Strong understanding of data, identity, orchestration, and integration concepts
- Strong analytical skills to assess solution scenarios across technology, organisation, skills, and operating models
- Trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders, architects, and business leaders
- Ability to clearly explain architectural decisions and consequences to non-technical audiences
- Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven consulting mindset
- Platform-agnostic with focus on capabilities rather than tools
- Experience guiding clients through complex architecture and transformation decisions
- Ability to embed AI capabilities and implications into architecture and roadmaps
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Comfortable working at architectural board/decision-making level
- Hybrid/remote collaboration skills in enterprise settings
