Senior Marketing Underwriter-Workers' Compensation Insurance

Promote and develop new business activity by marketing to agents and producers, while managing the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business with written premiums of at least $200,000. Maintain the entire underwriting book of business to achieve premium volume and loss ratios consistent with company goals, and foster relationships with external partners through regular in-person meetings to establish marketing plan goals and communicate service capabilities. Identify and communicate trending underwriting practices that could impact the team's book of business, while providing premier customer service and collaborating with internal partners to achieve company objectives. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field, five years of underwriting experience in workers' compensation, and the ability to travel with occasional overnights.
