Job Summary
Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with client goals by conducting audience, market, and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities. Partner with advertising, creative, and analytics teams to shape campaigns, guide channel selection and budget allocation, and establish measurement frameworks that define success metrics. Translate data and research into clear, actionable recommendations while presenting strategies and campaign results to clients and internal teams. Serve as the client relationship manager and strategic advisor, overseeing teams, managing scopes of work, and contributing to new business proposals. Stay current on emerging platforms and technologies to improve performance and strengthen results across paid and owned channels.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing strategy, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience developing and optimizing advertising strategies in collaboration with buying teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating performance data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with lead generation, customer journey development and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Email marketing and SMS marketing experience
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Strong storyteller and presenter
- Naturally curious and proactive
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented
- Able to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of three days in the office
