Job Summary

Senior Marketing Specialist for SEA & India who will architect and execute integrated regional marketing strategies to translate global initiatives into localized campaigns that drive demand and build a strong brand. Own end-to-end regional marketing plans, manage budgets, track ROI, and generate qualified leads from events, roundtables, webinars, and targeted programs. Localize global content for SEA/India, collaborate with sales to align activities with key accounts, cultivate alliances with government bodies and industry groups, produce localized content (case studies, testimonials, co-branded assets), and ensure consistency with AVEVA’s global brand standards. Hybrid working with on-site expectations and potential remote arrangements depending on role. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Brand, Communications, Performance Marketing) and external partners to maximize pipeline and regional impact.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline management within technology/industrial software sectors
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and experience working with sales teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven marketer proficient in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) with experience in analytics and reporting
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a strong plus
  • Strong cultural awareness and experience marketing across diverse SEA regions
  • Experience building industry relationships and hosting executive-level events like roundtables and panels
  • Ability to generate localized content (case studies, testimonials, co-branded assets) and localize global content for regional needs
  • Hybrid working preference with collaboration and on-site requirements
  • Ability to work with government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions to bolster thought leadership
