Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct creative direction, graphic design, and layout for marketing deliverables including pricing analysis, offering memorandums, maps, brochures, and web landing pages for Broker clients. Provide quality control through proofreading, style guide adherence, and production management while developing relationships with current and new clients. Monitor campaign distribution via email schedules, track lead generation metrics, and coordinate with sales teams and analysts. Assist with additional projects as needed to support the Commercial Investment Sales team in Tulsa, OK. This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and marketing automation platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in CRE Marketing/Graphic Design background
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and client service skills, with the ability to build productive business relationships and provide guidance, training, and support to colleagues
- Must be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate is resourceful and proactive, demonstrates a strong work ethic and sound judgment, maintains sensitive and confidential information, and is willing to work extended hours when business needs require
- Candidates will be required provide a portfolio link or work samples demonstrating marketing and graphic design expertise, with an emphasis on print layout or multi-page design projects
- This position is an in-office position

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using marketing automation and database platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, RCM, or similar systems
