Job Summary
Develop proposal deliverables with rapid turnaround, managing intake, prioritization, and workflow coordination for urgent client requests. Partner with leadership to execute firm-wide branding initiatives, optimize website performance, and drive SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategies. Coordinate content calendars, monitor social engagement, and build analytics dashboards to track proposal activity, pipeline visibility, and event ROI. Contribute to process improvements by leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance marketing effectiveness. Present performance insights to stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment. Travel periodically to other offices to support growth functions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or growth/BD operations within a public accounting or other professional services firm
- Experience supporting or executing proposal processes in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards, analytics frameworks, and performance insights
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search visibility
- Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, tight deadlines, and competing priorities
- Independent, organized, self-starter that will provide tactical and strategic support to partners and key leaders
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners and professional teams, including operations and administration
- Ability to work occasional overtime to support urgent projects or firm events
- Travel periodically to other HCVT offices to support the growth function as directed (10-15%)
