Job Summary
Manage proposal development, intake, and workflow coordination to support rapid-turnaround client requests and urgent deadlines. Partner with internal teams to execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and content calendar management. Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track proposal activity, pipeline visibility, and campaign performance. Contribute to process improvements by leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to drive firm growth initiatives while maintaining high standards of communication and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or growth/BD operations within a public accounting or other professional services firm
- Experience supporting or executing proposal processes in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards, analytics frameworks, and performance insights
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search visibility
- Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, tight deadlines, and competing priorities
- Independent, organized, self-starter that will provide tactical and strategic support to partners and key leaders
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners and professional teams, including operations and administration
- Ability to work occasional overtime to support urgent projects or firm events
- Travel periodically to other HCVT offices to support the growth function as directed (10-15%)
