Job Summary
Lead the development of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations while managing content creation and pursuit processes directly with the Business Development team. Craft compelling story content about clients, projects, and Gilbane to address unique client needs, ensuring all external deliverables align with brand standards. Execute marketing campaigns, branded content, awards, and speaking submissions to increase market visibility, while leading internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and digital channels. Oversee digital asset organization, maintain data integrity for assigned geographies, and conduct market research to interpret trends for BD partners. Visit job sites regularly to enhance operational partnerships, capture photos, and interview project teams for future content opportunities. Mentor entry-level team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups to deliver cohesive solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years relevant experience in the marketing and/or AEC industry
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, Canva, Unanet, and Photography
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Advanced writing and critical thinking skills
- Strong knowledge and skills in process management
- Strong knowledge of Gilbane services and advanced knowledge of construction management and industry awareness as a whole
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
