Job Summary
Senior Marketing Specialist focusing on communications to join Citizens, Inc. in the life insurance sector. Drive strategic messaging, branding, and engagement; develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies across print, digital, social, and events; create high-quality content (brochures, email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, blog posts, video scripts); manage brand voice and campaigns; collaborate with sales, underwriting, strategy, and compliance; supervise vendors as needed; analyze performance and report insights to optimize initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the financial or insurance industry
- Bilingual English Spanish
