Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist will shape and execute Noisis' marketing initiatives, supporting brand positioning and digital presence. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing and optimizing paid advertising, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires collaboration with external partners and internal teams, contributing to marketing strategies, and improving lead generation funnels. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance metrics (e.g. CPL, conversion rates, ROI)
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Basic experience with WordPress website management, including updating pages and content
- Proven ability to evaluate marketing proposals and make informed decisions regarding advertising strategies and investments
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing agencies, digital partners, or advertising service providers
- Previous experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments
- Experience with social media marketing and content management platforms (especially LinkedIn for B2B)
- Previous experience in roles with broad ownership across multiple marketing areas
