Job Summary
Senior Marketing & Regulatory Counsel is an in-house role partnering with global Marketing and Growth teams to provide guidance on consumer marketing, pricing claims, promotions, and user terms across jurisdictions. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving product claims and substantiation, leading marketing material reviews across assets and customer flows, drafting and negotiating marketing-related agreements, and owning global marketing policies and training. Requires licensed attorney with 7+ years of experience in marketing/regulatory work, strong knowledge of global marketing laws, and ability to deliver practical, collaborative legal advice in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment. Travel to designated US offices (Frisco, Newport Beach, San Jose, or New York) as needed with remote work from home when not onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law
- 7+ years experience in marketing, advertising, and regulatory responsibilities
- strong understanding of global marketing laws and regulations
- experience drafting, negotiating, and counseling on commercial transactions related to marketing initiatives
- ability to provide practical legal guidance in fast-paced environment
