Senior Marketing Project Manager, Events & Launches

Job Summary
Own end-to-end execution for virtual events, product launches, and funnel launches, managing timelines, task ownership, and cross-team hand-offs between Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Product. Coordinate interdepartmental workflows, training sessions, and asset delivery while running post-event debriefs to drive repeatable process improvements. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns in Asana, proactively resolving bottlenecks and risks to ensure initiatives meet growth KPIs. Serve as the primary connector for cross-functional initiatives, representing project status to senior leadership and optimizing team efficiency through AI tools and streamlined workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Program Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or similar role
- ideally within an internal marketing team or agency
- Real marketing fluency, not just PM process
- understand core marketing tactics and KPIs
- know what an MQL is and how it fits into the funnel
- comfortable with efficiency metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.)
- understand the basics of campaign structures
- Cross-channel project experience
- managed marketing projects that span both organic (content, SEO, social, email) and paid (ads, paid social, paid search) channels
- understand how those channels work together
- Asana expertise
- run projects, portfolios, and workflows in Asana
- can build structure that keeps a team organized without slowing them down
- AI fluency
- use AI tools regularly in your own work
- can spot where they'll save the team time
- Proven experience owning events and/or product launches from planning through execution
- ideally at organizations that run a high volume of virtual/digital events
- Experience working with creative/design teams on asset production workflows
- A track record of successful cross-functional coordination

- Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders
