Job Summary
Senior Marketing Operations Manager – Platform & Automation responsible for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture programs; manage integrations between HubSpot and Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other tools; ensure data hygiene, governance, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM); document best practices and enable platform adoption through training; support reporting, attribution, and cross-functional collaboration to scale marketing programs; oversee the Email Marketing Manager and guide automation across email, web, social, and advertising; require strong technical and collaboration skills and the ability to work across time zones in a fully remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
