Job Summary
Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Growth Ops responsible for designing and operating the systems that connect product engagement to audience activation, lifecycle enablement, lead management, and business insights. Owns cross-functional partnerships across Data Science, Product, Marketing Analytics, and Revenue to build scoring models, diagnose funnel friction, and enable scalable, event-driven campaigns. Focused on turning product signals into actionable audience segmentation and operational governance, enabling lifecycle marketing and PQL workflows. Interface with CDPs, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms to support product-led growth and a self-serve funnel, translating ICP definitions and product usage into scalable infrastructure and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience across product-led or self-serve funnels, CDPs, CRMs, and lifecycle marketing automation platforms
- Strong systems thinking and ability to manage complex initiatives
- Analytical foundation to collaborate with Data Science and Analytics stakeholders
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity
