Requires 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Ops or Marketing Operations in SaaS/B2B, strong analytical and automation skills, and experience with marketing platforms and AI-driven tooling. Remote role with West Coast hours. Possible career growth into leadership roles across GTM, Marketing, Product Management, or AI-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Ops or Marketing Operations within SaaS/B2B environments
- Experience synthesizing operational data into strategic narratives for senior leadership
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo
- Proven ability to design automated workflows and scalable cross-system integrations
- Fluency in AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate GTM tasks
- Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
