Job Summary
Senor Marketing Operations Manager to architect and scale Albert's marketing operations, building the function from the ground up and owning the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, ABM platforms like 6sense/Demandbase, enrichment tools, webinar platforms, and AI automation tooling). Define attribution models, lifecycle definitions, and lead management; align GTM operations with pipeline targets; build and QA campaigns, dashboards, and reports; partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership; manage external agencies for campaign execution. Requires 6-10 years in Marketing/Revenue/GTM Operations in B2B SaaS, hands-on HubSpot and ABM tooling, familiarity with 6sense/Demandbase, plus AI automation, BI analytics (Google Analytics, Looker), SQL, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Leadership responsibilities include scaling standards and processes, identifying bottlenecks, contributing to forecasting, and driving operational improvements in a fast-moving environment. Located remotely in Atlanta, GA, with an international hybrid culture noted by the company.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and workflow automation
- Familiarity with ABM programs and platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
- Proficiency with sequencing and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft and AI-driven marketing automation tooling
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker; SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling a plus
- Proven ability to build marketing operations infrastructure independently in a high-growth or startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration
