Job Summary
Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Canada, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for national Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners as well as Small Business customers. Collaborate with Enterprise sales, regional operations, and global creative teams to drive brand awareness, product consideration, and customer conversion across the region. Manage a regional budget, utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance, and report impact on marketing qualified leads and sales pipeline. Design and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies and co-marketing programs for large enterprise accounts, partner with Product Marketing to bring new features to Canadian small businesses and advisors, and implement multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Require solid B2B marketing experience in SaaS/fintech, with track record in external partner/channel marketing, ABM, co-marketing, and analytics. Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and comfort presenting to senior executives in a hybrid Toronto-based role.
