Job Summary
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels, creating actionable briefs to guide cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Brand and Design to deliver assets aligned with growth and awareness objectives. Build and refine the marketing funnel, lead scoring, and attribution to tie activity to results. Use data to analyze performance, establish KPIs through dashboards, and report insights on country-specific user personas and market analysis. Work closely with the Head of Marketing in Senegal to optimize programs and drive measurable business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- 10+ years of experience in marketing at an FMCG, tech start-up, telecom company, or similar
- University degree in relevant fields (marketing, communication, sales, business development, management...)
- Work authorization in Senegal
- This is a permanent position
