Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager for UKEMEA responsible for shaping and driving regional marketing across the UK, Europe and Africa. Design and execute B2C and B2B marketing plans for the region, lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, manage strategic partnerships with tourism bodies, airports and airline partners, brief and manage creative and media partners, own the regional marketing budget and reporting, establish a measurement framework to drive ROI, align activities with broader business priorities across regional and head office teams, and define customer engagement and events strategy. Requires proven ability to drive large-scale marketing plans, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, financial stewardship, fluency in paid and owned media, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently and with remote teams across time zones. Aviation/travel industry experience is highly regarded; language skills in French or Italian are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- At least six years' experience in marketing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market leadership within a matrixed organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
