Job Summary
Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that drive sales and support company growth objectives. Lead the Marketing Department, managing goal setting, performance, coaching, and team development. Establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and oversee departmental budgets including vendor co-op funds. Identify market trends and competitive insights to drive growth, while providing strategic oversight for customer engagement initiatives like trade shows and industry sponsorships. Lead creative development, digital marketing, and content strategy across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Purchasing, and E-Commerce teams to align efforts, and partner with executive leadership on company goals. Manage marketing initiatives for Standard Supply, Bartos Industries, and coolCare to ensure brand consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Proven experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with executive leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
Desired Qualifications
- B2B, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or HVAC industry experience preferred
- Experience with vendor/cooperative advertising programs is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing design, branding, and digital content development tools
