Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager for SE Asia & Japan is the sole marketing owner for the region, building and executing regional strategy in coordination with the VP of Sales and APAC Marketing Director. Responsibilities include localised demand generation campaigns, adapting global campaign assets, managing regional digital activities (paid search, paid social, email), owning events strategy, and reporting on MQL volume and ROI. Also responsible for channel/partner go-to-market, building a co-marketing playbook, driving partner enablement, collaborating with global programs, and identifying high-potential channel partners. Represents the NinjaOne brand across regional touchpoints, develops localized content, and manages regional agency/vendor relationships. Requires 8+ years in B2B marketing with senior/lead experience, proficiency in marketing automation and CRM, strong program management, and ability to operate with high autonomy in a hybrid Singapore-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Demonstrated experience operating across both direct demand generation and channel/partner marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or equivalent) and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong project management and ability to prioritise across competing demands
- Ability to work autonomously within a broader APAC marketing framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
- Cultural fluency across SE Asian markets; English required, additional regional language a plus
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial; collaborate with sales, global marketing, and external partners
- Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and ROI
- Experience marketing IT/SaaS/technology sectors preferred
- Singapore hybrid work expectation
