Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager to lead PSPSync's brand, digital presence, thought leadership, and market awareness in the Canadian pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategy with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, LinkedIn content strategy and execution (two posts per week + executive thought leadership content), website management and SEO optimization, producing white papers, articles, and presentations, supporting business development through sales and marketing collateral and RFP responses, brand management, and marketing analytics via KPIs and monthly reporting. The role requires managing LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns; optimizing website performance; creating industry content; and supporting conferences and sponsorships. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Related field and 5+ years of marketing experience, with preferred healthcare/pharmaceutical experience and familiarity with healthcare compliance; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and marketing technology platforms.
